- believe in the Aspirer and want them to succeed
- want to improve the lives of the beneficiaries
- want the Mission achieved
- want the Problem/UnMet Needs addressed
- want the solution built and implemented
2. Have valuable knowledge and abilities to help.
3. Are willing to help by becoming an:
