Validation/Plussing is the process to discuss, learn and validate with people how to make an eDream happen. Validation/Plussing are Development Tracks that ensure the quality of the eDream and enablement.
- Validate by articulating eDream components, enablement components or execution components such as assumptions, requirements and required activities.
- Plussing by asking open ended questions like: How would you do it? What could make this better?
Contents
Aspirer Validation
An eDream will not happen without the effort of the aspirer(s). Aspirer validation should be done after any major change is made to the eDream or the enablement to make it happen. Validate:
- Validation - eDream will achieve the Aspirer's desired prosperity and desired mission
- Validation - Solution will achieve the Aspirer's desired prosperity and desired mission
Beneficiary Validation/Plussing
Beneficiary validation should be done during each phase of the solution development and after any changes to the solution. This ensures that the solution developed will address the beneficiary(ies).
- Validation - Beneficiary agrees with the Problem/UnMet Need
- Validation - Which Beneficiary(ies) have the Problem/UnMet Need
- Validation - Beneficiary agrees that the Solution addresses the Problem/UnMet Need and will improve prosperity
- Plussing - Beneficiary suggests improvements to the solution
- Validation - Beneficiary will commit to adopting solution if delivered as described
- Plussing - Beneficiary suggests improvements required to commit to adopting the solution
Solution Validation/Plussing
Enablement Validation/Plussing
- Validation - Stakeholders, Supporter and Providers what needs to be done to make the eDream happen.
- Plussing - Stakeholders, Supporter and Providers on how to improve the solution and/or enablement process.
