An eDream is an 'e' enablement framework to make a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation happen. An eDream requires a complex execution process involving the following components to be successful:

A dream to graduate from college, a big idea for a cancer cure and a breakthrough innovation like Apple's iPhone may sound like they have little in common. Yet the fundamental Enablement process to make them happen is similar. Castellina in Tuscany, Italy and New York are two entirely different destinations, yet the traveling process to get there using planes, automobiles and GPS devices is the same.

Like travel, Enablement is the process of getting from point A to point B. Good ideas or aha moments get all the fanfare, while they are very important they are as little as 1% of the process. Enablement is the other 99% consisting of People, Knowledge, Plan, Resources and Enduring Grit to make almost anything happen.
