The community may share common culture, leaders, processes, laws, rules and a code of what is accepted. The people within the community may have a deeper understanding or its nuances and how it really operates. People's desire to be accepted, belong and feel like they are part of something can result in the communities having significant influence over People. People outside the community may struggle to relate, be dismissed as and outsider or even be considered a threat to the community.

Industries are communities typically organized around economic and not-for profit activities. Industries often share some common culture, rules (laws) and an acquired understanding with experience on how they really operate

Organizations are Communities that are legal entities organized around economic and not-for profit activities. Organizations have a mission, a common culture and unique nuances in the way they operate.
