A stakeholder is someone, in addition to the beneficiaries and aspirers, that may have a direct impact on whether an eDream will be successful.

These are people that can say yes when everyone else says no and still get there way. There could be one decision maker or there could be millions if the eDream is to win a political campaign or sell a retail product.
Technical Advisor
These are people that the beneficiaries, aspirers or decision makers rely upon to help make decisions. It is someone whose knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) is trusted and can influence decisions.
