Required Actions are is component of the Impacting Element Factors. The following information is required for each For each impacting decision:
- Name or title of the person or community
- Influence over the strategy, impacting people and activities
- Commitment Status in supporting the enablement of the eDream
- Decision Criteria as defined by person or community
- Commitment Influencers are people like stakeholders that the person relies on for input into their decision as to whether they will commit to the enablement of the eDream.
- Action Status in relation to an action that is required or desired for enablement
