Activity Types are activities associated with scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each activity.
- Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
- Identify the impacting People, Realities and Activities that could impact achieving the Mission or Timeline
- Develop brief description of the impacting People, Realities and Activities could have on achieving the Mission or Timeline
- Engagement - ask people to help add to the lists
- Understand - research each Impacting Elements, develop Strategy and validate
- Research each of the impacting People to determine influences, roles, impacting decisions, decision criterias, second degree elements, relationships
- Research each of the impacting Realities to determine influences and roles
- Research each of the impacting Activities to determine influences, dependencies and required resources
- Determine potential Strategy Objectives and Solution Elements to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
- Develop brief descriptions of the Objectives and Solutions
- Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and validate the Impacting Elements and Strategy
- Address - develop approaches to address each Impacting Elements and validate
