People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful enablement of an eDream. Impacting people need to be identified, understood, addressed and managed to achieve the mission-driven outcome.
- Aspirer(s) - people who either want to pursue or are pursuing a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation.
- Beneficiaries - people who will directly benefit from the successful enablement of an eDream.
- Decision Makers - people that may be able say yes when everyone else says no and still get their way on decisions related to the eDream.
- Contributors - people will impact the the successful enablement of an eDream.
- Communities - these are communities that can influence their decisions including fellow employees, industry colleagues or social circles
These are the factors that determine the impact that impacting people will have on the strategy and other impacting elements:
- Description - brief description of the impacting person or community
- Influence - that the impacting person or community have with the strategy (objectives & solutions) and impacting elements
- Role - that the impacting person or community have within each of the activities
- Impacting Decisions - that the impacting person or community have to make that could impact the Strategy or Plan
- Decision Criteria - this is what the impacting person or community need to see for a favorable decision or action
- Second Degree Elements - these are impacting elements that could impact the impacting person or community decisions or actions
- Relationship the impacting person or community have with Second Degree Impacting People
- Empathy - a person or community's well-being, personal impacting elements, complex goals and collaborations
- Approach to address the impacting person or community to ensure favorable decisions or actions
- Personal Messaging to address the impacting person or community by tailoring personalized messaging
