People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful enablement of an eDream.
- Aspirer(s) - people who either want to pursue or are pursuing a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation.
- Beneficiaries - people who will directly benefit from the successful enablement of an eDream.
- Decision Makers - people that may be able say yes when everyone else says no and still get their way on decisions related to the eDream.
- Contributors - people will impact the the successful enablement of an eDream.
- Communities - these are communities that can influence their decisions including fellow employees, industry colleagues or social circles
Empathy may be required to engage the people which will requiring understand how they are impacted by:
- Personal Well-Being - their definition of it, their current level and what they would like to improve on
- Impacting Elements
- People - this includes Influencers or communities that influence decisions including fellow employees, industry colleagues, employers or social circles
- Realities - these are realities that could influence their decisions such as health, marriage, age or income.
- Activities - these are activities that are not associated with the eDream
- Dreams or Complex Goals - meaningful aspirations or missions that require managing risk, complexity, and many iterations over multiple years to achieve them.
