Activities are what needs to happen for the successful enablement of an eDream. These activities need to be scoped (identified), researched (understood), developed (addressed) and managed.
- Communication Activities - the messaging and people activities
- Operational Activities - the realities and solution creation activities
- Funding Activities
- PersonalNeeds Activities
- Planning Activities - planning
Activity Components - Communication, Operational, Funding, PersonalNeeds and Planning
- Activity Types are associated with identifying, understanding, addressing and managing impacting elements
- Activity Detail is developed to help create the Plan.
The Activities are defined in Step 5 of the Enablement Process
People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful enablement of an eDream.
