#Planning is the developement of the activities required to make the eDream happen. #Planning is a component of Impacting Activities. Planning activities include:
- Identifying, Understanding and Addressing the impacting people, realities and activities
- Developing the Strategy (Objectives, Solutions, & Measures)
- Creating the plan
- Creating the detailed project plan
- Revising the plan and/or project plan based on each iteration
