#PersonalNeeds are personal requirements of people that must happen, otherwise it would delay or prevent the eDream from happening if they are not addressed. A #PersonalNeed could be associated with #aspirer, #beneficiary, #decisionmaker, #contributor or #community as well as people that could distract or prevent them for successfully achieving the eDream.
The types of Personal Needs include:
