The Iteration Generator is a component of development that provides a framework to efficiently and effectively manage the numerous iterations required to make the eDream happen. communicate the current eDream Mission, Strategy, Plan, eDream Snapshot, Enablement Snapshot and Executive Summary . The Iteration Generator will be used to produce several iterations during the process of making the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Strategy will likely have several changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.

Mission

The mission is aspirer(s) purpose and desired outcome of the eDream.

Strategy

The Strategy is a high level summary overview of the approach to ensure the solution strategy delivers on the mission and the enablement strategy delivers on the eDream.

Plan

The Plan is a high level overview of the Development Plan, Financial Plan and the Project Plan. The Plan provides a timeline of the major milestone and their and dependencies as well as the cost and sources of funding.

eDream Snapshot

The eDream Snapshot is the high level list of each eDream component with a brief description.

Enablement Snapshot

The Enablement Snapshot is the high level list of each eDream component with a brief description.

Executive Summary

This is an executive level presentation that provides a summary of the eDream, enablement and plan (7 to 10 page powerpoint).

1-Review - Mission, Strategy, Activities

Ensure the strategy delivers on the mission. Review the impacting people, communities and realities as well as required activities.

2-Learn - Understand

Learn more about the impacting people, communities, realities and activities, how they think or operate, how they interact and how best to address them. The strategy and activities may need to change based on what is learned. Iterate (revisit Steps 1-2)

3-Design

Once steps 1-2 are well understood, create a design that includes solution, communication, operational, funding, personal needs and plan that is viable and can deliver on the mission.

4-Learn - Validate

Once the solution is designed, it needs to be validated by the impacting people and communities. The design needs to validated that it is viable within the constraints of the impacting people, realities and resources. Iterate (revisit Steps 1-4)

5-Create – Design

This is creating the solution and completing the many enablement activities within the design.

=6-Learn - Test

Test the solution to get the feedback from the aspirers, beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors. Iterate (repeat steps 1-6)
