The strategy is a high level summary overview of the approach to ensure the:
- Solution strategy delivers on the mission
- Plan addresses the impacting realities, people, communities and major activities
- Enablement strategy delivers on the eDream
The strategy is finding an approach at the enablement intersection to make the eDream happen. The strategy is a component of the Iteration Generator.
