People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful achievement of an eDream.

Empathy may be required to engage the people which will requiring understand how they are impacted by:

  • Personal Well-Being - their definition of it, their current level and what they would like to improve on
  • Influencers - these are [[people that will influence their decisions
  • Communities - these are communities that can influence their decisions including fellow employees, industry colleagues or social circles
  • Personal Realities - these are realities specific to them such as health, marriage, age or income that could influence their decisions
  • Realities - these are realities that could influence their decisions.

Kevin Plank developed empathy for the people that impacted his big idea which became the company Under Armour.
