Aspirer Development is what needs to be developed to achieve the eDream.
- Mission Validation - does the eDream achieve the mission?
- Aspirer Requirements - what has to happen for the aspirer to ensure the aspirer can provide the required effort?
- Personal Development - does the aspirer, a relationship the aspirer or any other important person need to complete a personal development track
Aspirer Development is a component of execution.
