Stakeholders are people that may be directly impacted by the eDream and/or may be able to influence decision makers decisions to support the successful enablement of an eDream.

Technical Advisor

Technical Advisors are stakeholders that decision makers rely upon to help make decisions. It is someone whose technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) is trusted by the decision makers and can influence their decisions.

Influencer

Influencers are are stakeholders that have opinions that are valued by decision makers which can have an impact on their decisions.

Impacted

Impacted are stakeholders that are impacted by the enablement of the eDream, yet are not decision makers, technical advisors, Investors or Influencers. If the Impacted are impacted in a negative way, it can make the decision makers uncomfortable or influence their decision. Also, if a group of Impacted get together to combine their voices, they can influence the decision makers.
