Operational Development are Development Tracks that may need to be developed to ensure enablement of the eDream.

Operational Requirements
Operational Requirements are a subset of the minimum requirements that must be achieved or addressed to satisfy each of the eDream Components and Enablement Components. The requirements are listed in a grid in the Enablement Strategy along with the strategy of you the requirement will be satisfied.
Operational Requirements is a part of the Operational Development, which is part of the Development Tracks as a component of Enablement.
Requirements Definition
These are minimum requirements that will ensure the solution will become operational ongoing.
Operational Validation/Plussing
Validation on the communication of the solution to ensure beneficiary(ies) awareness and adoption to ensure the benefits of the solution will be realized. Plussing the how to improve the Communication to more effectively increase awareness and adoption.
