Stakeholders are people that may have a direct impact and can influence whether the enablement of an eDream is successful.
Technical Advisor
Technical Advisors are stakeholders that decision makers rely upon to help make decisions. It is someone whose technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) is trusted by the Major Stakeholders and can influence their decisions.
Influencer
Influencers are are stakeholders that have opinions that are valued by Major Stakeholders which can have an impact on their decisions.
Impacted
Impacted are stakeholders that are impacted by the enablement of the eDream, yet are not decision makers, technical advisors, Investors or Influencers. If the Impacted are impacted in a negative way, it can make the Major Stakeholders uncomfortable or influence their decision. Also, if a group of Impacted get together to combine their voices, they can influence the Major Stakeholders.
