Stakeholders are people that may have a direct impact on whether the enablement of an eDream is successful.
Decision Maker
Decision Makers are stakeholders that can say yes when everyone else says no and still get their way. There could be one decision maker or there could be millions if the eDream is to win a political campaign or sell a retail product. Decision Makers include beneficiaries and aspirers as their decisions can decide the successful enablement of an eDream.
Technical Advisor
Technical Advisors are stakeholders that decision makers rely upon to help make decisions. It is someone whose technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) is trusted by the decision maker and can influence their decisions.
Investor
Investors are are stakeholders that invest money, time or other resources into making the eDream happen. Their investments are based on some kind of expectations set by the aspirer in regards to the enablement process and/or eDream outcome.
Influencer
Influencers are are stakeholders that have opinions that are valued by decision makers which can have an impact on their decisions.
Impacted
Impacted are stakeholders that are impacted by the enablement of the eDream and are not a decision maker, technical advisor, Investor or Influencer. If the Impacted are impacted in a negative way that makes decision makers uncomfortable, this may result in influencing decision makers. Also, if a group of Impacted get together to combine their voices, they can influence decision makers.
