An eDream is an 'e' enablement framework to make a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation happen. An eDream requires a complex execution process involving the following components to be successful:

A dream to graduate from college, a big idea that is a cancer cure and a breakthrough innovation like the Apple iPhone may sound like they have little in common. Yet they have a lot in common when it comes to the Enablement to make them happen. Castellina in Tuscany, Italy and New York may have little in common, yet traveling there using planes, automobiles and GPS devices is similar.

Enablement or the 'e' in front the the word Dream, is the process to make something happen. It is the process of getting from point A to point B. While good ideas get all the fanfare, they may be as little as 1% of the process. Enablement is the other 99% consisting of People, Knowledge, Plan, Resources and Enduring Grit to make almost anything happen.
