Beneficiary Insight is the process of evaluating whether the eDream is a good idea for the beneficiary.

Who is the Beneficiary?

Describe the beneficiary. Demographics? Perspective? Why is addressing the problem/unmet need so important to them.

Beneficiary Validation

Do the potential beneficiary(ies) agree with the Aspirer's assessment of the problem/unmet need? How does the beneficiary(ies) understanding of the problem/unmet need differ from the Aspirer's?

Awareness

How would the beneficiary(ies) become aware of a new way to address their problem/unmet need(s)?

Conversion

Would it be easy for the beneficiary(ies) to try the new solution? What are the barriers to try? Would it be easy for the beneficiary(ies) to change or switch to a new solution? How hard would it be to convert beneficiary(ies) to the new solution?

Cost/Benefits

What are the cost/benefits for each type of beneficiary? What are the transition costs (time, money, etc.) for beneficiary(ies) to try and/or convert to the new solution? What are the ongoing costs (time, money, etc.) for beneficiary(ies) to use the new solution?

Usability/Experience

How do the beneficiary(ies) feel using the new solution? Is it easy? Is it sticky (once you start, hard to give it up)?

Utility/Value

How well does the solution address the problem/unmet need? Is it a good overall value?

Prosperity Impact

How does is address the beneficiary(ies) time, health, wealth, purpose, etc.
