The Plan is a high level overview of the following to achieve the eDream:
- Strategy - this is a high level overview of the objectives, solutions and measures
- People - this is a high level overview of the people that may include their roles, influence and impacting decisions
- Realities - this is a high level overview of key realities including time, money, effort or key resources
- Activities - These are the major activities required to achieve the strategy
- #EstimatedCompletionDate
- #MajorMilestones - single events or progress level that signify progress
- #Major Dependencies - the major dependencies that impact the major milestones
- #Timeline - this a high level timeline including major milestones
- #EstimatedTotalCost
- #EstimatedEffort -is the total time and effort for each of the contributors without counting services purchased from a [[provider]
- #EstimatedResources - this is the total purchased and used resources (i.e., use of a car)
- #FinancialInvestment - this is the total cost to make the eDream happen.
The Plan is a high level view of the detailed Strategy, Impacting Elements, Financial Plan and the Project Plan.
An overview of the eDream is communicated with the Executive Summary.
