Decision Criteria is the criteria for a favorable required action or decision by the impacting person or community. Examples of criteria include:

Aspirer

  • Trust the aspirer(s)
  • Believe in the competence of the aspirer(s)
  • Decide they like the aspirer and want them to succeed

Mission

  • Believe in the mission and want to see it succeed

Beneficiaries

  • Believe it will improve the lives of the beneficiaries and want to see it happen

Problem/UnmetNeed(s)

Solution

  • Want the solution built and implemented

Activity

  • Want to make sure they have the time
  • Want to make sure they can fit the required action into their busy life
