Decision Criteria is the criteria for a favorable action or decision by the impacting person or community. Examples of criteria include:

Aspirer

  • Trust the aspirer(s)
  • Believe in the competence of the aspirer(s)
  • Decide they like the aspirer and want them to succeed

Mission

  • Believe in the mission and want to see it succeed

Beneficiaries

  • Believe it will improve the lives of the beneficiaries and want to see it happen

that people or communities use to decide whether to commit to or perform the required action(s). Decision Criteria is a people factor.
