#FinancialPlan is an element of #Operational that may need to be established or in place for an eDream to be viable. The #OperatingPlan is typically a component of the #BusinessPlan.

The information covered by the #FinancialPlan may include:

Beneficiary Development - i.e, Business Development/Sales
Solution Design - Design, validate, engineering, etc.
Solution Creation - develop, test, validate, etc.
Solution Production - ongoing after initial creation
Solution Distribution - initially and ongoing, fulfillment of client orders, what are the distribution channels?
Solution Feedback & Support - Ensure beneficiary benefit, Customer Service & Support
Solution Improvements - updates, improvements and new version?
Human Resources - recruit, hire and manage people
Staffing Model - number of people, roles & timing
- Salaries & Benefits, Skill sets, experience, ramp up time
