#Planning is the development of the activities required to make the eDream happen. #Planning is a component of Impacting Activities. Planning activities include:
- identifying, understanding, addressing and managing Impacting Elements (people, realities and activities)
- Developing the Strategy (sbjectives, solutions, & measures)
- Creating the plan
- Creating the detailed project plan
- Revising the plan and/or project plan based on each iteration
