Activity Types are activities associated with scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each Activity Component.
- Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
- Understand - research, formulate explanations and validate
- Research each of the impacting Realities and Activities
- Research each of the impacting People
- Identify second degree elements - the People, Realities and Activities that could influence the Impacting People
- Develop list of impacting decisions by the Impacting People
- Develop the decision criteria of the the impacting decision
- Determine potential Strategy Objectives and Solutions to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
- Develop brief descriptions of the Objectives and Solutions
- Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and validate the explanations, impacting decisions and decision criterias
- Address - develop approach and validate approach to address each Impacting Elements
- Determine approaches to address each of the Impacting Elements
- Define the Activities within the Activity Components
- Design the Solutions
- Define the Strategy Measures to measure progess and effectiveness of Objectives and Solutions
- Engagement - ask people to validate the Strategy, People, Realities and Activities
- Manage - each Impacting Elements within the Enablement Framework.
- Secure commitments from Contributors involved with the Activities
- Develop a plan to efficiently and effectively manage the Activities
