Activity Types are activities associated with scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each Activity Component.

• Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
  • Identify the impacting People, Realities and Activities that could impact achieving the Mission or Timeline
  • Identify what People, Realities and Activities could influence the identified Impacting Elements
  • Engagement - ask people to help add to the lists
• Understand - research, formulate explanations and validate explanations (test) it against people, realities and activities
  • Research each of the Impacting Elements
  • Determine potential approaches to address each of the Impacting Elements
  • Determine potential Strategy Objectives and Solutions to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
  • Develop brief descriptions of the Objectives and Solutions
  • Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and validate the belief
• Address - develop approach and validate approach to address each Impacting Elements
  • Define the approaches to adress the Impacting Elements
  • Define the Strategy (Objectives, Solution, Measures)
  • Ensure the strategy addresses the Impacting Elements to achieve the Mission
  • Develop a plan to efficiently and effectively manage the Activities
  • Engagement - ask people to validate the list, understanding, and approaches to address them
• Manage - each Impacting Elements within the Enablement Framework.
  • Validation and re-validation - of how the Impacting Elements are to be addressed will work
