Examples of questions to consider:
Legal Entity
- Need a legal entity created or revised?
- What is the entity? Personal, business, not-for-profit, etc.
- Need to establish legal status for Self-employed, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, C or S Corporation?
- Who owns it?
- A legal entity may be required to operationalize your idea or to protect you from things like lawsuits.
