Decision Criteria is the criteria for a favorable required action or decision by the impacting person or community. Examples of criteria include:
- Believe in the mission and want to see it succeed
- Trust the aspirer(s)
- Believe in the competence of the aspirer(s)
- Decide they like the aspirer and want them to succeed
- Believe it will improve the lives of the beneficiaries and want to see it happen
- Have the Problem/UnmetNeed(s) that are addressed by the solution
- Want the solution built and implemented
Impacting People
- Want to ensure the required action or decision doesn't impact the impacting people in their lives
Impacting Reality
- They need a barrier (impacting reality) addressed to commit to required action or decision
Impacting Activity
- Want to make sure they have the time for required action
- Want to make sure they can fit the required action into their busy life
Decision Criteria is a people factor.
