Activity Types are activities associated with scoping, researching, developing and managing each Activity Component.

• Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
  • Determine what People, Realities and Activities could impact achieving the Mission, timeline, commitment
  • Determine what People, Realities and Activities could influence the identified Impacting Elements
  • Engagement - ask people to help add to the lists
• Understand - develop an understanding of each of the Impacting Elements by developing a belief and validating it
  • Research each of the Impacting Elements
  • Determine potential approaches to address each of the Impacting Elements
  • Research potential approaches to determine if more Impacting Elements would need to be added to the list
  • Determine potential overall Strategies to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
  • Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and if something needs to be added to the list
• Address - develop an approach to address each Impacting Elements
  • Define the approaches to adress the Impacting Elements
  • Define the Strategy (Objectives, Solution, Measures)
