Activity Types are activities associated with scoping, researching, developing and managing each Activity Component.

• Understand - develop an understanding of each of the Impacting Elements
  • Research each of the Impacting Elements

  • Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and if something needs to be added to the list
• Develop - how the Impacting Elements will be addressed
  • Define the approaches to adress the Impacting Elements
  • Define the Strategy (Objectives, Solution, Measures)
