#Operational is the initial creation and delivery of the #solution as well as sustainability of an ongoing #solution. It ensures the #beneficiary benefits and the #aspirer(s) #mission is achieved either for the one time event or ongoing. The elements of #Operational include:

• #AuthorizationsPermits - Will approvals, authorizations or permits be required? If you are getting married or want to drive a car, you need a license. If you are promoting a product in a public space or bass fishing with a friend, you need a permit.
• #ComplianceLawsTaxes – Any compliance required by regulations and/or tax laws? If it is related to medical field or payment information, there may be privacy compliance that must be addressed. Most lifestyle, business or creation dreams have legal and tax considerations.
• #FinancialBusinessPlan - Will a financial or business plan be required? Whether it’s to ensure you can pay for four years of college or have enough for your desired retirement, a financial budget may be required. If you need investors, partners or loans, you may need a business plan to get your dream off the ground.
• #HirePeople - Will people need to be hired? While this may seem mostly related to the creation dreams, it could be hiring a personal trainer, editor or real estate salesperson.
• #InsuranceRiskAdvice - Any risk that requires financial, insurance, legal or safety advice? This could require hiring a lawyer, accountant or cybersecurity specialist. It may mean purchasing insurance or figuring out a way to mitigate certain risks.
• #LegalEntityGovernance - Need a legal entity created or procedures for decision making? A legal entity may be required to operationalize your idea or to protect you from things like lawsuits. If your dream or complex goal involves multiple people with a vested interest, a method for making decisions may need to be formalized.
• #ManagePeople - Will people need to be managed? While this may seem mostly related to the creation dreams, it could be hiring a personal trainer, editor or real estate salesperson.
• #OperatingFacilityPlatform - Will an operating facility or production platform be required? If your dream is to open a restaurant or sell your product on your own website, this is obviously an important one. If your dream is to move to safer neighborhood or take a career enhancing position out-of-town, it will require securing a new home.
• #PurchaseServiceCapital - Will services, resources or equipment need to be purchased or rented? Most dreams require some sort of purchases. These could be major purchases to operationalize dreams such as buying a web hosting service, a supplier of a component of a product or equipment to operationalize a dream.

It's successful #communication and #solution operations helped to deliver over $8B in microloans to mostly women #beneficiaries. Grameen Bank model helped #aspirer Muhammad Yunus's get his microleading #mission #operational to serve 100 million people with $25 billion of loans.
