Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. The Enablement framework helps to achieve an eDreams by helping manage and address:
- Speed of Change - to frequently realign our creations, careers and daily lives to the dynamic realities.
- Complexity - to discover and negotiate the intersection of multiple concepts, disciplines and interests.
- Efficiency - with limited resources and time to “fit it all in” in achieve overall personal well-being
- Iteration - to continuously adapt to new knowledge, feedback and failure
Enablement Insight helps to understand which Enablement Components are required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement is the foundation of Execution which is the action of making each of the enablement components happen.
