Influencers are people that have opinions that are valued by aspirers and decision makers which can have an impact on their decisions.
- Technical Advisors - are people that Decision Makers rely upon them to help make decisions. It is someone with technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) that is critical to the decision.
- Trusted Advisors - are people that Decision Makers have an established relationship with Trusted Advisors and believe they will provide them advice that is in their best interests. While the term is Trusted Advisors is often associated with a consultant, a Trusted Advisor could be a good friend, spouse or family member.
- Stakeholders - are people that have either have a significant role in the decision process and/or a significant role in implementing the decision once it is made by the Decision Maker. If the Decision Maker must rely on the Stakeholder to implement their decision, they will have significant influence.
- Impacted - are peoples that are impacted by the enablement of the eDream, yet are not decision makers, technical advisors, trusted advisors or influencing Stakeholders. If the Impacted are impacted in a negative way, they can make decision makers uncomfortable or influence their decision. If the Impacted get together to combine their voices, they can influence decision makers.
