Stakeholders are people that have either have a significant role in the decision process and/or a significant role in implementing the decision once it is made by the Decision Maker. Stakeholders are inflencers with Decision Makers. If the Decision Maker must rely on the Stakeholder to implement their decision, they will have significant influence.
