Solution Development is the process of designing, creating, producing and adopting the solution to ensure the mission is achieved and problem/unmet need(s) are addressed in the enablement of an eDream.
Insight
1. Aspirers determine mission and problem/unmet need(s) to be addressed
2. Solution Insight - Aspirer and beneficiary insight into addressing problem/unmet need(s) - Market Research
- Aspirer Development - will addressing problem/unmet need(s) achieve the mission?
- Beneficiary Development - do they believe they have problem/unmet need(s)? If so, how are they addressing it now?
5. Enablement Insight - determine what it would take to get the solution created, produced and adopted
- Decision Maker Development - process of securing Decision Maker approval to create, accept or fund the solution will addressing
- Contributor Development - what contributions will Contributors need to make
- Knowledge Development - what contributions will Contributors need to make
- Funding Development - what contributions will Contributors need to make
- Personal Development - what Personal Needs must be addressed
