Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. Enablement Insight helps to understand which Enablement Components are required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement is the foundation of Execution which is the action of making each of the enablement components happen.

Enablement Components are the major components in the enablement of eDream that must be addressed and aligned to make it happen.
