Operational is the initial creation and delivery of the solution as well as sustainability of an ongoing solution. It ensures the beneficiary benefits and the aspirer(s) mission is achieved either for the one time event or ongoing.

The elements of Operational include:

Operational Insight helps to understand whether it the eDream could become operational. Muhammad Yunus was able to get operational his micro-credit solution by establishing Grameen Bank in 1976. It's successful communication and solution operations helped to deliver over $8B in microloans to mostly women beneficiaries. Grameen Bank model helped aspirer Muhammad Yunus's get his microleading mission operational to serve 100 million people with $25 billion of loans.

Operational is a component of the eDream.
