Decision Maker Development are Development Tracks that may need to be developed in the enablement of the eDream.
Decision Maker Requirements
Decision Maker Requirements is the development of the minimum requirements that must be achieved or addressed in order for Decision Maker(s) to commit to the eDream. The requirements are listed in a grid in the Enablement Strategy along with the strategy of you the requirement will be satisfied.
Requirements Definition
These are minimum requirements that Decision Maker(s) require in order to commit to the eDream.
Problem/UnMet Need Validation/Plussing
Validation the Decision Maker agrees with the Problem/UnMet Need which Beneficiary(ies) have the Problem/UnMet Need. Plussing the improves the understanding of the Problem/UnMet Need and possibly expand the list to additional Problem/UnMet Needs to address.
Concept Validation/Plussing
Validation the Decision Maker agrees that the concept of the Solution addresses the Problem/UnMet Need and will improve prosperity of the Beneficiary. Validation that the concept of the solution meets the needs of the Decision Maker and/or it is likely the Beneficiary would want to adopt it. Plussing to improves the concept of the Solution and possibly expand the list to additional Problem/UnMet Needs it could address.
Solution Validation/Plussing
Validation the Decision Maker agrees that the Solution addresses the Problem/UnMet Need and will improve prosperity of the Beneficiary. Validation that the solution is meets the needs of the Decision Maker and/or is likely the Beneficiary would want to adopt it. Plussing to improves the Solution and possibly expand the list to additional Problem/UnMet Needs it could address.
Operational Validation/Plussing
Validation the Decision Maker believes that the solution will become operational intially and ongoing. Plussing the how the Solution can become operational.
Communications Validation/Plussing
Validation the Decision Maker believes that the communications will ensure beneficiary awareness to ensure the benefits of the solution will be realized. Plussing the how the Communication will effectively increase awareness and adoption.
Decision Maker Commitment
Decision Maker Commitment is the development of the commitment from the Decision Maker(s) to achieve the eDream. The plan and approach to achieve the commitment is in the Commitment Plan. It also includes the Decision Maker(s) Degree of Influence over the entire eDream, Commitment Criteria and Commitment Status.
Beneficiary Benefit Acceptance
Beneficiary Benefit Acceptance is the development of the benefit the beneficiary(ies) receive from trying and adopting the solution.
