These are minimum requirements that must be achieved or addressed to satisfy each of the eDream Components and Enablement Components. The requirements are listed in a grid in the Enablement Strategy along with the strategy of you the requirement will be satisfied.

The requirement status of the each requirement is as follows:

  • Theory - Has yet to be validated by the person who needs to accept the requirement is critical and accurate
  • Validated/Plussed - Has been validated and improved (plussed) by person who needs to accept that the requirement was addressed
  • Demo/Show - The approach to address the requirement has been shown to the person who needs to accept. They have agreed that the approach will address the requirement.
  • Accept - The solution to address the requirement has been shown to the person who needs to accept. They agreed that the solution addresses the requirement.
  • Commit - The person who needs to accept the requirement has committed to acceptance by paying for it, tell others about it or risking reputation by committing to it.
