Validation/Plussing is the process to discuss, learn and validate with people how to make an eDream happen. Validation/Plussing are a component of the Development Tracks to ensure the quality of the eDream and enablement approach.

Beneficiary Validation/Plussing

Beneficiary validation should be done during each phase of the solution development and after any changes to the solution. This ensures that the solution developed will address the beneficiary(ies).

Decision Maker Validation/Plussing

Decision Maker validation should be done during each phase of the solution development and after any changes to the solution. This ensures that the solution will developed is a way the will secure the Decision Maker Commitment.
