Validation/Plussing are Development Tracks that ensure the eDream and enablement are aligned with the people that can influence whether an eDream happens. The validation that the eDream achieves the desires of the aspirer(s) and beneficiary(ies). The validation that the enablement Strategy is align with the people that could impact the outcome.

Aspirer Validation

An eDream will not happen without the effort of the aspirer(s). Aspirer validation should be done after any major change is made to the eDream or the enablement to make it happen. Validate:

Beneficiary Validation/Plussing

Beneficiary validation should be done during each phase of the solution development and after any changes to the solution. This ensures that the solution developed will address the beneficiary(ies). Validate:

Solution Validation

Validate that the Solution can be built.

Enablement Validation

Validate with Stakeholders, Supporter and Providers what needs to be done to make the eDream happen.
