Aspirer's Commitment Insight is the process of evaluating the many components of the aspirer(s) that may affect their level of commitment.

Why is this so important to the aspirer(s)?

What are the most significant challenges to the aspirer(s)? Personal, eDream, enablement

What is the inspiration behind the eDream pursuit? A person? An event (good or bad)? etc.

What will be the impact of the eDream pursuit upon the aspirer(s)? Social network? Career? Reputation?

How much progress has been made with the eDream pursuit?

Not Started? - Why not? What are you waiting for? When will you start? What has to happen to start?
On Hold? - Why on hold? What caused you to stop? What did you learn for the experience?
Only Part-time - Why? What would need to happen to increase effort
