An eDream is a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation that requires 'e' enablement to make it happen. Enablement is the sum of actions required what to make an eDream happen. The successful Enablement of an eDream requires:
- MULTI-YEAR PLAN - or a very concerted effort over 6 to 12 months or longer
- RISK - time, money and other sacrifices for an unknown outcome
- ENGAGE PEOPLE - multiple stakeholders (i.e., decision makers, investors), support services (i.e., legal), social circles (i.e., family, friends, boss)
- EMPATHY - understand or relate to multiple individuals, communities (i.e., banking, real estate) and idea spaces (i.e., biology, computer programming)
- ENDURING GRIT - consistent, dedicated, focused effort (often mundane)
