Activity Types are activities associated with scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each Activity Component.
- Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
- Identify the impacting People, Realities and Activities that could impact achieving the Mission or Timeline
- Identify the influence the impacting People, Realities and Activities could have on achieving the Mission or Timeline
- Identify second degree elements - the People, Realities and Activities that could influence Impacting Elements
- Engagement - ask people to help add to the lists
- Understand - research, formulate explanations and validate with people and with research
- Research each of the Impacting Elements
- Determine potential approaches to address each of the Impacting Elements
- Develop list of commitments required by the Impacting People
- Determine potential Strategy Objectives and Solutions to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
- Develop brief descriptions or expalnations of the Objectives and Solutions
- Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and validate the explanations and commitments
- Address - develop approach and validate approach to address each Impacting Elements
- Define the Activities within the Activity Components
- Design the Solutions
- Define the Strategy Measures to measure progess and effectiveness of Objectives and Solutions
- Secure commitments from Contributors involved with the Activities
- Engagement - ask people to validate the Strategy, People, Realities and Activities
- Manage - each Impacting Elements within the Enablement Framework.
- Develop a plan to efficiently and effectively manage the Activities
- Validation and re-validation of the Activities and how the Impacting Elements are to be addressed
- Develop and Create the Solutions
- Manage the Activities and Events
- Test the Solutions with People
- Secure commitments to Solution from DecisionMakers and Beneficiaries
