[[PersonalNeeds|#PersonalNeeds]] are personal requirements of [[people]] that must happen, otherwise it would delay or prevent the [[eDream]] from happening if they are not addressed. A [[PersonalNeeds|#PersonalNeed]] could be associated with #[[aspirer]], #[[beneficiary]], [[DecisionMakers|#decisionmaker]], #[[contributor]] or [[communities|#community]] as well as [[people]] that could distract or prevent them for successfully achieving the [[eDream]]. 

The types of [[PersonalNeeds|#PersonalNeeds]] include:  

* #[[CareerAchievement]] – job promotion that offers more responsibilities, more credibility, more time or more money for the dream pursuit 
* #[[DevelopKnowledgeSkill]] – knowledge, perfecting a skill, examples could be improving speaking abilities, understanding investing, or learning to code software. Most learning about the impacting realities is available online and free. 
* #[[EducationCredentialed]] - completing a class, earning a diploma, securing certifications or credentials, nearly 30% of workers in the U.S. need a license to perform their job  
* #[[IssueResolution]] – immigration status, resolving a lawsuit or divorce, 
* #[[PersonalAchievement]] - losing weight, publishing a book, win an award, earning recognition. Being able to establish credibility, competence and trust. Examples could be getting a book published or running a marathon.
* #[[PersonalFinances]] – pay bills, save money, live with almost no money, secure a home equity loans  
* #[[PersonalHealth]] – Surgery or getting a medical condition under control, lose weight, or quit smoking
* #[[PersonalLifestyle]] – healthy lifestyle, free up time, move to a new city, new living arrangement
* #[[PersonalRelationship]] - improve a personal relationship with someone or a group of people
* #[[PersonalReputationNetwork]] – improve personal reputation or strengthen your network, nurture your existing network, expand network to people you need to help, develop brand advocates that will say good things about what you are trying to do
* #[[PersonalTransaction]] – sell a car, boat, home or business
